What’s the USP of your hotel?
Our hotel stands out for its palace-style architecture, elegant aesthetics, and prime central location. We also offer extensive banqueting and event facilities, along with exclusive executive benefits that ensure a memorable stay for every guest.

 Who’s your target guest?
Our primary target guests include corporate travelers, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) groups, celebrities, and leisure travelers seeking premium hospitality and exceptional service.
What’s your advice for upcoming hoteliers?
The hospitality industry rewards those who focus on guest satisfaction, consistency, and innovation. Nagpur is emerging as a major commercial and tourism hub, driven by the growth of MIHAN and its reputation as the Tiger Capital of India. Upcoming hoteliers should invest in service excellence, technology, and long-term guest relationships.
What’s your prediction for upcoming travel trends in the coming year?
Nagpur is expected to witness strong growth in both hospitality and real estate. Increasing business travel, MICE events, improved infrastructure, and tourism will create significant opportunities for hotels that prioritize quality service and guest experiences.
How do you plan to market your property?
Our philosophy is inspired by ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’—the guest is our greatest priority. We believe that when we take exceptional care of our guests, they become our strongest ambassadors through positive word-of-mouth and repeat visits.

What’s your criteria for hiring new staff for your hotel?
We look for candidates who are well-groomed, confident, disciplined, excellent communicators, and passionate about hospitality. Above all, we value a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to guest service.

How do you get ahead and stay ahead of competitors in Nagpur?
We differentiate ourselves by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, delivering warm and professional hospitality, employing well-trained staff, and resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently. Consistent service quality is our greatest competitive advantage.
When are you the happiest?
I find happiness in knowing our guests have had a wonderful experience. Personally, the most satisfying moment is returning home after a productive day and enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep.
At work, which is your most challenging activity and why?
One of the biggest challenges is accommodating guests who arrive before the standard check-in time, often due to early flight schedules. It requires careful planning, coordination between departments, and efficient room management to ensure guest comfort while maintaining operational excellence.
