What is the USP of your hotel/resort?
The biggest USP of Tuli Tiger Corridor is its unique location amidst 22 acres of natural wilderness in the buffer zone of Pench National Park. The resort offers an immersive jungle experience while combining luxury, privacy, and comfort.
Our guests stay in spacious 550 sq. ft. air-conditioned royal tents featuring wooden flooring, antique-inspired interiors, private decks, and walled gardens. A natural lake within the property attracts rich birdlife and wildlife, creating an authentic “Jungle Book” setting where guests can truly connect with nature without compromising on luxury.
Who is your target guest?
Our resort welcomes travelers who want to experience nature in its purest form while enjoying premium hospitality.
Our ideal guests include:
  • Wildlife and nature enthusiasts
  • Families looking for memorable vacations
  • Couples seeking peaceful getaways
  • Adventure seekers and safari lovers
  • Travelers wanting to disconnect from city life and reconnect with nature

What’s your advice for upcoming hoteliers?
Running a successful jungle resort begins with respecting nature. Sustainable tourism, community involvement, and exceptional guest experiences should always be the foundation of any hospitality business.
My advice would be:
  • Build responsibly using sustainable and locally sourced materials.
  • Conserve water and energy through eco-friendly practices.
  • Minimize noise and light pollution to protect wildlife.
  • Employ and train local communities, as they bring authentic knowledge and hospitality.
  • Invest in staff training, especially in guest service, wildlife awareness, first aid, and emergency preparedness.
  • Always prioritize safety while delivering memorable experiences.
Luxury today is no longer just about beautiful rooms—it’s about creating meaningful, responsible, and authentic experiences.
What are your predictions for travel trends over the next year?
The coming year will see a significant rise in experiential and eco-conscious travel.
Travelers are increasingly seeking:
  • Sustainable and environmentally responsible resorts.
  • Longer, slower vacations instead of rushed weekend trips.
  • Guided nature walks, birdwatching, cycling trails, and authentic local experiences.
  • Wellness retreats and digital detox holidays.
  • Resorts that support local communities and promote regional culture.
Nature-based luxury combined with sustainability will continue to shape the future of travel.
How do you plan to market your property?
Our marketing strategy focuses on showcasing experiences rather than simply promoting accommodation.
We plan to:
  • Build strong digital storytelling around wildlife, nature, and luxury.
  • Position Tuli Tiger Corridor as a premium eco-luxury destination.
  • Collaborate with travel influencers, photographers, and wildlife content creators.
  • Offer curated experiences, including safari packages, wellness retreats, and family holidays.
  • Strengthen our presence across digital platforms while encouraging guest-generated content and positive reviews.
What are your criteria for hiring new staff?
People are the heart of hospitality, so we hire individuals who genuinely enjoy serving others.
We look for:
  • Warm, friendly personalities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honesty and integrity
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Dedication, discipline, and teamwork
  • Relevant hospitality experience and guest-centric thinking
Technical skills can be taught, but kindness and hospitality come naturally.
How do you stay ahead of competitors in Pench?
Our strength lies in offering an experience that goes beyond accommodation.
Tuli Tiger Corridor differentiates itself through:
  • A sprawling 22-acre natural estate in Pench’s buffer zone.
  • Luxury cottages and spacious royal tents with private outdoor spaces.
  • Personalized hospitality tailored to every guest.
  • Experienced in-house naturalists who enhance the safari experience.
  • Wellness facilities, including an Ayurveda-inspired spa, swimming pool, and bar overlooking the jungle.
  • A peaceful atmosphere that allows guests to immerse themselves in nature.
We continuously invest in guest experiences rather than competing solely on price.
When are you happiest?
The most rewarding moments are when our guests leave with unforgettable memories of the jungle.
From a wildlife perspective, the happiest time is between November and February, when the weather is pleasant and the forest is vibrant. April and May are especially exciting for wildlife enthusiasts, as animal sightings are at their peak.
The monsoon season also has its own charm, transforming the landscape into lush greenery and offering guests a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.
At work, what is your most challenging activity and why?
Managing a luxury resort in a jungle environment comes with unique challenges.
One of the biggest challenges is managing guest expectations around wildlife sightings. Nature is unpredictable, and while our experienced naturalists maximize every safari experience, no one can guarantee a tiger sighting.
Another ongoing challenge is maintaining luxury standards in a remote forest location. Ensuring uninterrupted services, sourcing fresh supplies, and maintaining infrastructure require careful planning and coordination.
Despite these challenges, delivering exceptional guest experiences in such a unique natural setting makes the effort incredibly rewarding.
