With more than a decade of experience at some of the world’s most acclaimed cocktail spots, Miriam brings fresh vitality to Stella—reigniting its founding concept, which pays tribute to the strength, elegance and the enduring legacy of women.

Originally from Monza, Italy, Miriam honed her craft behind the bars of some of the world’s most dynamic cities. Now in Bangkok, she brings her refined style and global perspective shaped by years in leading establishments, including London’s acclaimed Tayēr + Elementary. Her cocktails are a reflection of her creative spirit: minimal, elegant, and full of flavour.

Guided by a passion for hospitality, precision, and leadership, Miriam is dedicated to shaping bar environments that are both innovative and flawlessly executed. Her cocktails are distinctly sleek, sophisticated and taste forward. Now based in Bangkok, she draws inspiration from the richness of Thai culture, crafting drinks that celebrate vibrant local ingredients and offer a fresh, respectful perspective on the city’s evolving bar scene. At Stella, she leads with heart and vision, creating elevated experiences grounded in genuine hospitality, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong, collaborative team culture.
