United by a deep respect for nature and authenticity, Into the Glacier and Mosi Gin have come together to create a spirit with character. Shaped not just by craft, but by the elements of Iceland itself, the newest Mosi gin is being aged in the world’s largest ice tunnel—deep inside Langjökull glacier.
This unique collaboration is a tribute to the wild forces that shape the land of ice and fire. Fresh, pure, and full of wild, natural flavors—a gin that tastes just like Iceland feels.
Seven Barrels, One Glacier
Seven barrels of Mosi now rest deep inside the glacier, surrounded by living, breathing ice. Weathering means letting nature transform the spirit. Stillness, cold, and the pressure of a thousand-year-old ice all add unique layers to each batch, making it unmistakably Icelandic. Langjökull’s ice tunnel isn’t a regular storage site—it’s a place where you can feel the glacier whispering through every frozen wall.
“I feel honored to be in partnership with Arctic Adventures on this project. Into the Glacier is the perfect resting place for the maturation of Mosi gin. The flavor is evolving as we speak, and we cannot wait to see what the incredible Langjökull glacier does to the flavor of the gin.”—Arnar Jón Agnarsson, one of the owners of Olafsson and Mosi gin.
Coming Soon
The gin is expected to be ready in mid-July, but you don’t have to wait to experience the story. Langjökull is open year-round for guided tours, offering a rare chance to step inside a glacier, explore its shimmering blue corridors, and see where the spirit quietly rests.
And while nature works its magic, discover more Icelandic wonders with Into the Glacier. Skál to the adventure!
