Founded by wellness entrepreneur and food curator Prerna Khetrapal, Kaizen opened with one clear belief: that eating well shouldn’t feel like a compromise. “I didn’t want to serve ‘safe’ wellness food,” says Prerna. “I wanted to create something sharp, elevated, and exciting — a space where flavor, creativity, and clean eating could coexist.”

With inspiration pulled from cafés in Dubai, London, and New York, the menu is unapologetically global — layered smoothie bowls, protein-rich salads, sourdough sandwiches, cold-pressed juices, and wellness-focused coffee drinks that are anything but basic. You’ll find ingredients like blue spirulina, açaí, edamame, matcha, black charcoal, yuzu, and blue pea tea — all chosen for their flavor, function, and impact.

“This menu is personal,” adds Prerna. “My close friend and food consultant, Simi Kohli, and I spent months crafting every element. We wanted to build something that reflected how we eat — clean but bold, plant-first but indulgent, rooted in wellness but never preachy.”
