London Square is delighted to reveal the carefully curated interiors for its newest West London development, London Square Wandsworth Common. Surrounded by over nine parks in a three mile radius, London Square Wandsworth Common presents a re-imagined London lifestyle that bridges peaceful rural living and urban connectivity in South West London. Throughout the wider development, 3-, 4- and 5- bedroom houses are available, alongside 1- and 2- bedroom apartments.

In collaboration with Glassette, the retail media platform dedicated to world-class curated shopping and unique storytelling, a composition of characterful and considered pieces have been selected and styled by Creative Director and tastemaker Laura Jackson. The four-bedroom showhome at London Square Wandsworth Common, is completed by Thirteen Interior Design’s contemporary interior design, complementing the luxury and wellness-focused development adjacent to the 32-acre Springfield Park in South West London.

The 2,102 sq ft semi-detached showhome is arranged across four storeys marrying the aesthetic of Glassette with the timeless appeal of London Square Wandsworth Common. The thoughtfully styled space is an elegant blend of furniture, curated artwork, books and bespoke canvases created by independent artists, resulting in a playful yet sophisticated take on Laura’s signature style. Combining textural depth and unexpected colour combinations results in a deeply considered space that is full of personality and warmth, capturing the essence of a life well lived.

Complementing the generous floorplans and bright spaces found in the London Square Wandsworth Common Residences, the featured Glassette products inject an individualistic personality emphasising the values of quality, originality and craftsmanship from both established and emerging brands.

Laura Jackson, Creative Director and Co-founder of Glassette said: “Glassette is all about helping turn houses into homes, and having a great time doing it. It’s the thrill of discovering that one-of-a-kind piece that feels so you, and the joy of curating a space that truly reflects your personality. That’s why this partnership is the perfect match, it’s exactly what you need when moving home.

For this space, I’ve picked out a collection of treasures that each play their own part. Some are bold and make a statement like the sculptural Sin candelabra, Olivia Rose Durley’s striking artwork, and the characterful Dar Leone bust. Others bring warmth and depth, like Pelican House’s beautifully handwoven tapestry. And then there are the little touches that quietly weave into daily life, like the thoughtfully chosen books from Phadian, perfect for those everyday rituals.”

Welcomed into the home by striking artwork, the entrance hallway leads to the main living room, where a calming atmosphere is created by the warm, earthy tones of a Flos handwoven tapestry. Sophistication is brought to the study by a portico rug in midnight navy blue by Late Afternoon and this is contrasted with a playful Buttercream Bobbin Lamp brightening the space. For those with children and pets, an expansive boot room with a dedicated station for furry friends allows residents to make the most of London Square Wandsworth Common’s access to nature.

Through the lower ground floor kitchen area, vibrant Phaidon cookbooks add a pop of colour to the shaker-style timber kitchen, complete with specifications that cater to the needs of the most experienced culinary enthusiasts – from a double butler sink to an indulgent induction range cooker. Maximising the space and ensuring seamless aesthetics for the heart of the home, a pantry and utility area offers generous storage space with the entrance seamlessly concealed behind unsuspecting cabinet doors.

Kitchen Diner, Lower Ground Floor, London Square Wandsworth Common Throughout the bedrooms tranquility is enhanced by attentive details, from a teak veneered Josh Page Studio Lamp, to crisp white linen bed sheets, designed by Rebecca Udall and crafted by Portuguese heritage weavers. The children’s bedrooms embody the lighthearted joy of youth, with a quirky print hand designed by Queen of the Rodeo sparking a sense of curiosity and adventure, while a matte peach lamp by Hannah Simpson Studio and a Lucy Mahon print bring a touch of vintage chic.

The opulent master suite features an substantial bedroom area which leads directly to a private dressing room providing ample storage for any clothing enthusiasts. Continuing into the master suite, the ensuite bathroom is accented by brushed gold hardware, emulating the tranquility of a spa. A private balcony offers the perfect spot for comfort and relaxation with views of Springfield Park. A landmark of modern living in the Capital, with all residences boasting generous and private outdoor space – a rarity for homes in the capital, London Square Wandsworth Common epitomises homes that are both aspirational and inviting.
