First awarded in 2019, this prestigious accolade has been newly granted, further cementing the Château’s place among the most exceptional establishments in France.

Established in 2010 by the French government and its official bodies, the Palace distinction represents the highest level of recognition for luxury hotels. Among five-star establishments, it distinguishes those that display truly exceptional qualities and offer an unparalleled standard of service, heritage, architecture, location, and attention to detail. As paragons of the ultra-luxury hotel industry, these properties contribute to the international prestige of French culture and to the global appeal of France as a premier destination.

To date, only 31 establishments in France hold this distinction, including eight located on the Côte d’Azur – South-East region.
