H&H unveils the next chapter of Eden Hills with the sales launch of Aurora and Avra—two expansive five-bedroom villas designed by the award-winning French architecture studio Caprini & Pellerin. As the largest residences introduced to date, these villas form part of a curated portfolio of eight ultra-luxury home styles within the community’s thoughtfully crafted masterplan. Building on the strong early sales momentum of previous launches, Aurora and Avra represent the pinnacle of Eden Hills’ design vision and craftsmanship.
Led by the Cannes-based studio renowned for its Riviera-inspired approach, Aurora and Avra introduce an elevated design language shaped by Mediterranean craftsmanship, sunlit terraces, and sculptural spatial compositions reinterpreted for Dubai. Each villa is conceived as a landscape-integrated home, designed to feel rooted within Eden Hills’ existing contours – a natural extension of their surroundings. Characterised by softly sculpted façades, flowing interior volumes, and a refined palette of natural materials, the two exclusive villas draw on Caprini & Pellerin’s philosophy of balance between heritage and contemporary expression.

Hand-cut stone, travertine, lime-based plaster, and brushed oak bring a tactile warmth, while organic architectural lines frame shifting patterns of light and shadows throughout the day. Layouts take inspiration from the patio house typology, encouraging a natural dialogue between indoor and outdoor living and creating intimate spaces for dining, lounging, reading, or quiet retreat. Positioned along the contours of the community’s central wadi, the two homes enjoy a private outdoor sanctuary shaped by lush planting that create natural cooling, shade, and a deep connection to nature. Caprini & Pellerin said: Nature is at the heart of our design philosophy. We work with the sun, the elements, and authentic materials, embracing traditional craftsmanship throughout.

Each residence is shaped to elevate modern Epicurean living, with every corner offering space for intimate moments: dedicated dining areas, terraces for lounging, reading, or enjoying a quiet coffee – all framed by carefully curated views and thoughtful spatial sequences.” Together, these villas elevate a masterplan defined by greenery, wellbeing, and architectural harmony.
Designed by WATG—the landscape visionaries behind landmarks including Atlantis The Palm—Eden Hills centres nature, with homes connected by landscaped parks, walking trails, and community spaces. Residents will have access to a curated ecosystem of amenities, including a fitness hub, mall, dining offerings, children’s facilities, and effortless proximity to Dubai’s most desirable destinations. The Avra and Auroa villas are available for sale with prices starting from AED 40 to 60 million.
